Overview

Structural steels craned in over the party walls, new floor joists on hangers and the roof opened up for a full rear dormer. Sample loft conversion case study in Islington (N1) — during construction stage, built by the Foxter site team.

Works were sequenced to keep the property secure and weathertight throughout, with a single site manager coordinating every trade from strip-out to final snagging.
