Mansard loft living and dining space with exposed painted steels, rooflights and a Juliet balcony over the rooftops. Sample loft conversion case study in Kentish Town (NW5) — completed stage, built by the Foxter site team.

Works were sequenced to keep the property secure and weathertight throughout, with a single site manager coordinating every trade from strip-out to final snagging.
