Leyton Loft Staircase Build — On Site

Overview

New loft staircase formed off the existing landing under a trimmer steel, with fire-rated protection to the escape route. Sample loft conversion case study in Leyton (E10) — during construction stage, built by the Foxter site team.

Works were sequenced to keep the property secure and weathertight throughout, with a single site manager coordinating every trade from strip-out to final snagging.
