Overview

Scaffold up, timber dormer frame erected off the steel goalpost and the roof felted and battened before slating. Sample loft conversion case study in Tooting (SW17) — during construction stage, built by the Foxter site team.

Works were sequenced to keep the property secure and weathertight throughout, with a single site manager coordinating every trade from strip-out to final snagging.
